Me and my friends decided to start a program that may work well

Transporter program: Goal become better at parkour and be able to do a muscle ups


Day:1

Pull ups 4 sets of 5
Sprint on and off which will ammount to 10 minutes of straight out sprinting
Lunges 2 x 20
Squat Jumps 2 x 20


Day 2

Pushups 100 in 2 sets

Dips 50 in 2 sets

Jumping jacks 1 minute

Line jumps 30 seconds x 2


Day 3


Combat training 20 minutes


Day 4,5,6 repeat
Day 7 rest

Diet will consist of Chicken Beef Milk Oatmeal Cheese and whatever vegetables I guess Joe thoughts?

Oatmeal is "ok."  Chicken, beef, eggs, milk are great.  Get more veggies.

At some point, you need to try to make push-ups a harder variation, since you're hitting so many of them.  Elevate the feet, begin planche progression, etc.  You might also consider taking up some kind of more difficult squat variation.  Pistols are a good option to work balance and strength.
