usual at work, then at home i did some rolling kip up 180 practice. hoping to get move down before i publish month 3.

finally getting the handstand snapdown front tuck down nicely! now just gotta try it on the ground. i did some barani's and some trampoline work a long with all that. pretty good day

today i went out and had a little tricking/freerunning session. i got some footage for the month  video..

week 13 day 89
went out for an hour session with chris. did some pretty cool stuff.. not gonna lie though i need some new parkour spots cause everything else is getting old.

week 14 day 91
i finally did the handstand rebound front tuck on spring floor! :D
with that being said beforehand i did some lifting. at the gym i had an intense handstand contest again. still cant beat nathan. other than that i worked on some trampoline tricks, obviously my handstand rebound front tuck, front roll front tuck. when i got home i didsome exercises for those moves.
month 3 will be finished soon

sorry i havent been posting as much, ive been pretty stressed out lately...
at work i did the usual junk. did some back flips on the trampoline, barani's, handstand rebound front tuck, and then at the gym i did similar stuff.
month 3's vid should be out tomorrow or the day after.

i spent a ton of time working on trampoline things today. hopefully it'll help me get things on the ground better. :)
also i did a ton of bench press...

I'm sorry guys i just am really busy lately. with my job, possibly 2 other jobs, school, taking care of my dog, and hanging with friends and family i just cant find the time to post
i know its not a big deal to post but its becoming like a chore to do it, which drains the fun.
im just extremely busy and need more ME time.
I am still training everyday but idk about posting anymore.
I will put up videos.
