Week 5, day 32:
At PE today I did some upper body work: 3 sets of muscle ups, 2-4 sets of pullups. it wasnt too intense. Afterwards I had an amazing tricking/freerunning session. I cleaned up my standing webster, worked on combos, and FINALLY flipped OFF of something. I was pretty happy about that. Later, I did a short ab workout and I might stretch. Good day

Week 5, day 34:
Today at a pool party i showed off a little bit of course. Afterwards I went to do a college with a bunch of the guys for 3 hours and definitely got some great practice! I made a video of the past month's experience with MPK jams, so here's the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KP4-lz5i2pw

Week 5, day 35:
To start off today I did 3 sets of pull ups, dips, and leg raises. Right after, I went to a middle school for a quick session. It lasted only for an hour (i bruised my heel really bad the other day and it started bothering me, plus i had little energy due to lack of sleep :/ my fault) BUT i got some great practice. I worked on rail precisionsfor the longest time. I finally did this one i haven't done in a while, was pretty happy with that. After, i worked on flow a little and then did 3 sets of muscle ups. I did a couple websters but my heel just was hurting too much, but I couldn't resist trying a loser... didnt turn out too bad..lets just say i didnt land it haha. I completely surprised myself today and attempted a punch, and step side flip. I couldn't quite get the landing but it's definitely progress!! I tried it for about 15 minutes which is a lot for 100 degree weather haha. later on I worked on my handstands/planche for 20/30 minutes and later stretched. hopefully get some good sleep tonight..got a good tricking session in mind tomorrow.

Week 6, day 37:
I did a leg workout during PE today it was pretty killer. Later on I worked on some flexibility, did a quick ab workout, and did a short tricking session which involved front punches, websters(standing, stepping, running), aerials, and B-kicks. I probably shouldnt have done it so my heel could rest but i just couldn't resist!!!

Week 6, day 40:
Today I was so eager to do so much, but I couldnt cause of this dang rain... i hate tropical storms. it literally rained from when i woke up till now (bout to go to sleep)
Anyways today was my first day at the gymnastics center. I coached little kids for little VERY basic stuff, nothing close to intense. in between classes i did a couple aerials, side flips, and front flip (kind of did a step out)
Later on I worked on Handstands, my macaco, and handstand push ups. I wanted so much more out of today... i hate rain!!!

Week 6, day 41:
AGAIN it was raining.. it wasnt as bad though. the ground was completely soaked, but eventually the rain stopped so i had my chance. I worked on the usual, front tuck, webster, and aerial. it was one of my more intense sessions. i also did some websters off of some things in my backyard. I also did some handstand walking and I doubled my distance since last month (9 steps on each hand last month, so i got 18 on each this time) which is great! I really wanted to work on my side flip but i was uncomfortable with it because of the rain. I did something sort of like a back handspring, but I turned my head to the side.. although it's wrong, it's progress. pretty good day. I plan on stretching but im afraid i'll forget haha.

Week 7, day 42:
Yep again it was raining but its okay, it should be done now. Regardless I took advantage of the day. I did a short tricking session of the usual stuff, except I did a cartwheel to aerial, worked on my step webster and other stuff. it was productive and after I worked on my handstand balance, thinking that was all I'd be doing for the day. NOPE! THE RAIN CLEARED UP AND THE SUN CAME OUT FOR A BIT AND DRIED THE WORLD :D So, I met with Daniel and Paul at South(college) for a parkour/fr session. I got so much done. I got a step out webster off of something, a front punch off of something(crazy for me, been my goal for like 1.5 months), i did an italian job, to monkey stall, to webster on a rail, got my rail flip down on high and low rails, italian job to rail flip, and some pretty good precisions. It's definitely been the most productive day in a while.

Week 7, day 44:
Today was interesting. during PE we were outside so when the frisbey went over the high gate I did a gate vault ;P
After school I did some conditioning: about 5 sets of pistols on each leg, 6 sets of pull ups, and a couple sets of holding an L sit on push up bars. At church I ended up doing a webster off of some railing in front of some people so that counts as some training haha. Then i went to the gym. I did some back flips on the tumble track, did a couple side flips. it's really annoying, i keep doing a side ways front flip rather than a side flip, but i think i can correct it easily. Mostly though I worked on stepping out of front flips, websters, and worked on my pike. I spent some time also on a barani but it may take some more time.

Today has too much to even blog about. The Auburn Jam with Ryan Doyle was amazing! I loved it so much. As for new things: Got my loser down outside, improved webster, did webster aerial and front punch off stuff on concrete and on the ground leveled concrete, tried some new precisions and websters. It was such a productive day. Thank God for blessing me so much <3

Week 7, day 47:
With such little energy i managed to do so much today! The first thing I did was 3 sets of handstand walks for as long as i could go in my front yard. Later I had a 1.5 hour parkour session, but it was for a vid so in the 1.5 hours was my hardest tricks so it was exhausting. Later I did another 3 sets of handstand walks, 3 sets of L sits, and about 5 sets of handstand push ups. I ended up falling asleep around 7:30 PM haha i was dead tired.

NEVER FORGET THOSE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES <3 GOD BLESS
I was so tired today. I definitely overslept the night before haha. Still, i'm committed. I did a ton of handstand work: 3 sets of handstand walks in my front yard, tons of balancing on my hands, sit to planche, and 3 sets of handstand wall push ups. that's all i did but it's okay bc i didnt wanna do any cause my head hurting so much haha. AND my legs really REALLY needed a rest, and my ankles 2 sizes bigger haha :)
