A Rythm section is any area where you can continuously work on flow. Be it a system of rails like a handicap ramp or any combination of obstacles that you can practice circuits or chains of techniques without stopping.
Rely on yourself. Rely on your body. Rely on your training, instincts, and heart. Everything else is a crutch.
