Topic: New 404 errors

Ever since the new site redesign, certain actions generate 404 errors. Specifically, going to a "New" posts button, like at the end of a thread page listing.

Error 404 - Component not found

We recently updated the APK Site and you may not be able to visit this page because of:

    an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
    a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
    a mistyped address
    you have no access to this page
    The requested resource was not found.
    An error has occurred while processing your request.

You know I also get this whenever I look up something via the search box. Then when I click it i can see it for all of five seconds before it goes to error 404.

The problem occurs when you click on a link to a response to a post (i.e. any post that isn't the original in a thread). We're working on it

(Edit: The problem is being fixed right now. For the time being, the 404 errors don't exist anymore, but when you click on a thread's hyperlink, the page loads and then immediately redirects to the main index. The problem will be solved, but for the time being, all that you have to do is click the 'back' button in your browser after the main index loads and you'll be at the page that you want.)
