Lol, if you have the time to troll and post here, and you have nothing to do, then you could obviously go train or exercise, but you aren't. Therefore, I'm going to assume it greatly hinders your 'abilities'. lol
I trained the day before, and was on a rest day. Lifting is today and Thursday, training days are the weekend. Rest days are required. So, your point is invalid for this situation.
I don't want or need you to agree with me if that's what your thinking lol.

And your trolling doesn't help with your Parkour either.

Just goes to show that your character is whack to be honest haha, which is something I've never seen once in the hundreds of Traceurs/Traceuses I met. Quite a shame.
I wasn't thinking that, but usually when someone slanders someone; they have a decent/valid reason to do so.

However, since you haven't provided any sort of "proof" as to why I am a cunt, then it's hard to believe. (If you judge character based on the internet then you don't know how to judge character at all.)

I know this might not be the place to put it, but...

David Jones...what the f#ck is your problem? I mean, no one can take your words out of context (even on accident) without you getting hostile out of nowhere. I mean damn, man, i reply and i even put a damned tongue face after and you call me a cunt. If anyone has character issues here, it's you dude. :-*

el oh el. rest days involve trolling internet forums, not doing balance work, or stretching/foam rolling or reading a book :/

I like using that word because it's not censored on here, lol. I'm not very serious when I use that word haha.

I wasn't judging it solely on the internet. Jus' sayin

Ryan, don't jump into this. Don't worry about it; people will slander anyone if their ideologies aren't their own. Either way, words are appreciated. :3

A lot of you guys seem to be misguided about parkour. Cause I'm gonna drop a knowledge bomb here.

99% of the crap you learn is pretty much gonna be slower than just running around it. Not saying it always will be. I've encountered several times where going over a rail or wall is faster than going around it. But a lot of it is pretty much shit unless you live in Europe where all the buildings are super close together. Even then, streets run in a straight line.

I guarantee training sprint intervals will serve you better then spending three hours training kong vaults if for all intents and purposes you do parkour to "learn how to run away from people".

Now if you're doing it cause it's fun. Disregard this message.

Trolling is for douchebags that have nothing better to do with their time :/ That's probably why you suck at Parkour.
You just contradicted yourself here, buddy. Looks like someone got a little angry..

You REALLY didn't have to say that. ESPECIALLY when parkour isn't about being better than one another. Its your own journey, you learn YOUR way. You do things YOUR way. You train YOUR way. Don't come in here saying that someone sucks, that's not what it is about. I think you should research the philosophy a little more.

Micah, by your logic you don't do parkour since you can't kong vault a picnic table faster than you can run by it.

Parkour has a set philosophy? Oh lawd.

Didn't you just say "you do things YOUR way"? So shouldn't the philosophy, bullshit, whatever be YOURS too? So what is there to research?

Not quite sure if you seen the post; but I was trolling about the whole thing, up until the two posters decided to start throwing accusations around. :P (It's f#cking obvious you can run past something faster than you can vault in; depending on what the object is.)

The discussion is way off topic. I think the OP got a pretty good idea of what most people were into before parkour. I'm going to go ahead and lock this.

If the OP would like it reopened, they can PM me and ask me to open it.
Weight training alongside parkour always benefits, it never takes away.
