Gym is closed on sunday because of christmas, so I'm going to go on Monday. It's going to make that week's training a bit sloppy... oh well. At least it means I'll have an extra rest day before climbing, which may help my performance. Hopefully I can send both V6s that day. I know the beta for both, I just have to do them.
Also, from now on I'm going to make myself stretch for at least 30 minutes a day. I should've been doing this since the start of this log...
