DES MOINES IOWA JAM EVERY SATURDAY!

Ok guys since no one ever has time to go to certain jams I just thought that every Saturday there could be a jam.  Any one that wants to come can.  And dont worry there will be someone there waiting for people.  Im just letting you people know.  If your intrested just message back and we can get this thing going ok.

o yea we run anytime....well me and my bro everyone else isn't as serious as us so they shut down in the winter, we live on the east side of desmoines. right near downtown.

sounds tight, id love to run with you guys sometime.  I suppose I shut down too, need to shake it off a lil bit.  Rush is this weekend, so I dont think ill be able to go saturday, I'll let you know.

its changed a bit over time due to work and traceurs. but we train as much as possible...when it comes to me. i train pretty much all the time...seeing i have no job or school. =p
my bro works alot so he does what he can...
