B kick is a pain in my @$$

Lower back to be more percise. Every time I try the kick it's like I'm moving top then bottem. How do I fix that? (It looks good.. sometimes lol)

Your probably not throwing your back leg hard enough.

Post a video of it and then more help can be given. It's hard to tell what someone is doing wrong when you can't see it. But most likely your not throwing your leg hard enough. I can't really think of anything else off the top of my head that you could be doing. Maybe not lifting your body and kicking your leg at the same time? Regardless a video would help. Lol.

On the flip, don't jump like you're on a spring board. Try to just jump into it and generate your height from the legs.

+1 on what Mimi said for the front flip. Jump up more. For the bkick im gonna tell you what i told dustin combs, try standing bkick first it will help with your technique

ok thanks guys. by the way I love it when people like me come here and show their moves and people like you two say how to fix/impove thier techniques. its like a guideline to what not to do  :)
