idk if this is considered freerunning but i hope so...
ok, my wallflips are down packed...so now im working on my 2step. and ive noticed that when i do a two step, im only getting around a foot higher than a regular one.
id put a vid, but i lost my av cable...

...i also noticed that i start out in a wall run on my first step (which is my left btw) adn i get a good height...but then on my flipping foot, its really weak and i push out instead of up like i normally do. (maybe i should say that my normal wallflips are done off my right foot)
can ne1 help me from this? im gunna go get a new cable hopefully today...and then the vid will b up...so...wat do u guys say?
