Wednesdays at Bricktown
« on: May 18, 2011, 06:23:54 PM »
For all those interested Chris#2 (not Chris Stevenson, but I can't remember his last name) and I are going to start practicing in Bricktown every Wednesday around 6:15 for all those interested. We are going to try and make it every Wednesday (barring any disasters of course).

Really it's nothing very formal we decided to just try and start meeting up regularly. We meet by the fountain like the Jams, as for what kind of training we really just pick what we think we need to work on the most. We just hit all the usual spots like at the Jams too.

So just thought I would do a quick survey. Is there anyone wanting to go to practice regularly, but can't due to the day/time we picked? Just curious because no one was there today.

I have been wondering if anybody wants to train on sundays. I am always busy Saturdays, I will try to make a wednesday night and meet some people.

heres the scoop: I'm 38 and have been training since march. So i'm willing to learn from anyone :)

hope to meet some of you soon.

I will be kicking around again this afternoon. I've been working out on the rails and the wheelchair ramp at the Land Run Monument, so i'll probably be there. If I have anything left by 6 i'll stop up at Harkins.

Ah, that's too bad Aaron. I think I was training right across the river from you this afternoon. I should check APK more often. I'm down to train on Sundays. Just name a time and place.

I'm currently restricting my jumping so i will not be down tonight. I'm going to work out on my own a little but i'll be around.
Looking for good advice regarding patellar tendinitis. I think I overdid it last week and my left knee is screaming!!
stretching and trying to take it kind of easy, but i don't want to be in this situation again. advise.
