anybody know anything that will help my knee sores?

ya my friend had the same problem with his knees hurting and guess what he had to get surgery it started by him skateboarding and ollieing off of high places without rolling until his knees couldnt take any more of it and he tore a ligiment because of it so pretty much roll off of anything about 5 to 6 ft and condition your knees before you get what happened to my friend

youre going to have to come up with more detailed info and questions if you want any help on here. but as always, the doctor is the best idea if its troublesome.

Ice and warm bath with out with out epson salts.  As far as a strech for when you knee hurts.... there isn't realy anything.  Streches are for muscles and tendons not joints.

what are some knee specific exercises? just variations on squats?

lundges do wonders, even beter if you do them with weight. They work hamstrings, glutes, and quads.
