4-19-11 dead lifts.
warm up 3and a half mile walk 45 pound deadlift.
workout(1)65 pounds 10 reps 1 set
workout(2)95 pounds 5 reps 2 sets
workout(3)100 pound 5 reps 1 set

note:100 pound dead lift is my max dead lift ever :) :) :) :) :)

also did some tricep extention
2 sets 15 reps

sorry i haven't worked out in a long time my dad had to get 2 teeth pulled and wasn't feeling good

Should you really be deadlifting and lifting weights at age 12? Seems like you should wait a little while. Might stunt your growth.

Well my 14 year old friend is only 5'3...lol. Because he lifted weights when he was younger...messed with his growth plates or something the doc said.

100 push ups [done]
50 pull ups [done]
10 minute L-sit
30 minute plank
150 sit ups
