My Opinion: Bad

I think that this piece is very ambiguous and that it does not do a good job portraying what parkour is about.  I can't quite put my finger on what exactly it is but I think its just a collection of things that I didn't like.

i jammed with these guys when i visited san francisco this summer.  this was after the video was made, and in person they seemed to have a much better view of parkour than this vid shows...unfortunate.  we hit up a bunch of those same areas, and they were amazing.

who knows the video might not do them justice.       then again after i saw that rediculous toe tuch manuver off the planter i have my doubts.   :P

At the beginning it was allr ight, the asian man had the right view. But the first red head to talk really went into what freerunning was, with the aesthetic movements and finding alternate routes, so that was annoying seeing as it's supposed to be a Parkour video. Then they started showing flips and tricks. Then it just got boring. No offence.
