BWI Airport: Catch the BWI Express from BWI Marshall Airport. There are two WMATA Bus Stops. One is located on the lower level of the International Concourse and the other stop is located on the lower level of Concourse A/B. The B30 will pick you up outside at the bus shelter. Follow the signs that say "Public Transit. Take the Green Line in the direction of Branch Ave. You will get off at the Mt. Vernon Square/7th St Convention Center stop. Head East on M st and you will follow it all the way to Primal Fitness. It's in an old red firehouse. The address is 219 M St. NW Washington DC 20001

Reagan (DCA)- Take the Metro from the lower level of the airport by following the signs (M). You will take the YELLOW metro line in the direction of FT. TOTTEN. You will get off at the Mt. Vernon Square/7th St Convention Center stop. Head East on M st and you will follow it all the way to Primal Fitness. It's in an old red firehouse. The address is 219 M St. NW Washington DC 20001

 (B)East Coast Itinerary!!!!

 Friday May 27th- Freerunning Open gym at Primal Fitness- Special price $5! 7-9 pm

 Saturday, May 28th- 9/9:30 am- Meet at Primal or make your way over to Gateway Park in Rosslyn. You can metro there as well by taking the Orange or Blue line and getting off at Rosslyn. The address is Arlington Gateway Park, Rosslyn VA 22209.

                     12 pm- break for lunch/move to Meridian Hill/Malcolm X Park- 2500 16TH ST NW, Washington DC. The entrance to find us by the fountain will be found on W st NW between 16th st NW or 15th st NW.

             2-4 pm- Meridian Hill Park
            5 pm- Cookout at Primal Fitness!
             8-11 pm (B)East Coast Film Festival!
             11 pm get out if you're not staying at Primal :)
Sunday May 29th We will be leaving from Primal Fitness to go to Great Falls at 8 am!! Please be sure to secure a ride the day before, otherwise you will have a difficult time getting there.
    9-4pm Great Fall, VA- Cookout! Many of you who came last year know this place is great! We will be having a trash clean up, cookout and maybe M2 will have a watermelon...people can train barefoot, climb and eat!

Hmmmmm, if there is a gym session at Primal and we secured a place to stay through Natalie, can we come friday night and stay over to prevent the super early morning drive on saturday or is that not included in the sleeping arrangements we made? also Natalie never told us how much we needed to pay for that, whether it includes friday night as well or not...

Edit: I now realize that Natalie is who posted the above, sooo rephrase this to ask you not to ask everyone generally. Sorry.

I had a great time tooo!!!!!!!!!!!  It was great to take my parkour adventures bi-coastal and finally meet so many awesome people that I'd only known online before that, like you Steven and you Elet, and everyone else!
