Conditioning Jam - Saturday - April 9th
(1/1)
Jacob Chess:
"They call me the steel machine because it is steel in the heart, steel in the arms, steel in the head!" - Von "Steel Machine" Kaiser
Location is New Haven, we will meet at the flagpole at the center of the green.
Alright, so we know that there is a good amount of practitioners out in CT. However, how fit are we? Whatever the answer is there is one fact that we can all strive from.
We can always be better.
This is a Jam devoted to just conditioning involving (but not limited to):
Mile run
Sprint run
Push-up (and variants)
Squats (and variants)
QM courses
Pull ups (and variants)
Roll practice
Stretching
L-sits
Meditation techniques
Relaxation techniques
Breathing techniques
We WILL be sore after this one, but I grantee you all will feel 10xs as better afterward.
Some notes:
- Please bring water bottles. The last thing we need is dehydration.
- Bring medical kits or some first aid kit just in case of injuries.
- Eat well before hand and get a good nights sleep.
Jordan Strybos:
Wish I could come :-\
I'll do plenty of conditioning on my own to make up for it. Have fun!

My answer: Not that fit.
So, I guess I have to be there. :'(.
But I'm happy because I get to see all the awesome traceurs and traceuses again, so ;D.
One question: what time?
Jacob Chess:
It will be at 12PM. Good to hear that you will be joining us.
Mike KC:
12 pm. Thanks. Then, i can probably make it. i'll ask Shay if he wants to go too.
My mom says, "We'll see," but with a lot of whining i can probably convince her to take me.
