I did train a bit today. Though what I ate was crap.July 10
Trained a bit. Trying to get back into the groove a things. Mostly repetitions of precisions, vaults, and all that good stuff.
(It was a late lunch, so it was sort of dinner too, so Lunner.)

I've been drinking water all day too and tea.
