I did train a bit today. Though what I ate was crap.
July 10Trained a bit. Trying to get back into the groove a things. Mostly repetitions of precisions, vaults, and all that good stuff.

Diet:Breakfast:Green Tea
Lunner: (It was a late lunch, so it was sort of dinner too, so Lunner.)
Turkey sandwich, with mayo, sprouts, oregano
A handful of BBQ chips
Snack:Some sort of like Cheese Danish pastry
I've been drinking water all day too and tea.
