If you haven't trained for at least 5 years for strength and conditioning with good diet and sleep you probably won't know if you have bad genetics or not

Genetics don't have shit to do with it.
Just shut the f#ck up and train until you CAN do it.

Well, genetics has a lot to do with it.

Don't get me wrong. I understand your point and people should keep training regardless.

Most people will surprise themselves from what consistent training and hard work can do

So i think i figured out balance while in a hand stand. I held one for 36 sec. Only reason why i dropped was because my arms gave out. Im so excited!

Does anyone know of any good Power towers that can handle 400+ weight? for the weighted dips and pull ups? All the ones i find all only have a weight capacity of 250-300

This is the best I could find, but it only goes up to 400 lbs. I built one in welding class in high school and we had two kids who weighed about 200 lbs each hang on the chin up bars and it held good. It might also be cheaper but I don't know what the market for steel is right now.
P.S. The Super Saiyan workout doesn't seem to have any leg exercises in it. Not criticizing, just an observation.

I'm gonna show you how great I am.

I kinda noticed that as well for the leg exercises, doesnt mean someone cant go modifying it a bit to add a leg workout to each stage if they wanted. I was able to find some really heavy duty ones like this one: http://www.tko.com/products/vkr-power-tower-commercial-870vkr that can handle about 450
and this one: http://www.legendfitness.com/products/body_weight_stations/upper_body_core/dipchinabpush-up_3153.aspx

Only problem with the second on is its fully welded together before shipped so makes it difficult to get into a home. Emailed the company to see if any of the parts are able to be bolted instead.
