Dunno about anybody else's situation, but registration of a club here at Santa Clara U allows applicants to specify if they have any national affiliation.
I would love to be able to say we are national affiliates with APK, plus it would cement the "legitimacy" even more. It's also a good way to kinda formalize how to start and run a club. It also could be a good way to create some accountability among smaller organizations... something where leaders of the clubs have some expectations to live up to which will help them create a better group.
I know APK has an Affiliates Program (
