ANy Gymnastics Tip Sites?
« on: December 18, 2006, 06:55:27 AM »
are there any? because if there are tutorials on some site or something like that, itd be easier than asking people and trying to translate what they are saying...

Hmm not that I know other than tricking sites like club540, trickstutorials, and such. Some flip tutorials are on my long todo list, but that may be some time.

I see no reason to try and impress you, But I will impress myself.

Pain may be weakness leaving the body but it sure hurts.

Just came across this one: http://www.martinvidic.com/martinvidic_en_2006/flash_mavi/index.htm
A lot of minor inaccuracies, but not terrible. Better than nothing anyways.

Best source is drillsandskills.

Gymworld.de also has a good message board... although if you want to learn tricks that's probably not the best way to go about it. Good technique for anything is a must for pretty much any of the advice that they/we give so I mean.. if you're doing it sloppy it is not going to turn out well.

TipGuy is Roger Harrell over on the CrossFit forums. Jesse knows some stuff as do I so you can ask questions here if you want as well.
