if anyone is in Minneapolis, someone should go behind the window in the wcco studio when they are doing the news at 6 and do some tricking. free tv time! tell me if you do it. i wanna watch.

Well, this wouldn't really be illegal, but it would be frowned upon.  There is a security guard standing outside who would immediately ask you to move along.

Josh, I dunno about that. That seems like a pretty stereotypical statement to me...I don't think that's true.

There is a solid difference between standing behind a window and doing flips to draw attention to yourself and away from the news anchor.

Dan, I'm not really sure what would be in any way illegal about this or why you would think it is.  It's just on a sidewalk next to a big window to the studio so people can watch the news anchors.  However...like Skinny said, the security guard would never let you do anything like that.  He freaks out even if you get too close.  Even if it were someone like Zephyr or Oleg...it still wouldn't be happening.

Not really directed towards anyone in particular, I just think that some people on here think like that. Thats why it came out and seemed like it was at Dan.

I think it would happen. It wouldn't take much to run up behind where they are filming and do a flip or two.

And besides, the reason why I brought Zephyr and Oleg in this is because if they wanted to do it, you would probably want to, because they are famous, blah blah blah, etc etc. But if a totally inexperienced beginner wanted to, you would try to convince him its wrong. Thats how I think some people on here think. But honestly, I would do it either way because it would be fun.

I've dated a mime, and I can tell you from conversation that even acting like you are on the other side of a glass wall (much less trapped inside a glass box) will freak out even the most astute and sensitive of security guards.  I'm not sure we want the freakish behavior of a mime to be related to Parkour in any way. 

We are getting broadcast time already.
