QM and others
« on: February 06, 2011, 06:42:39 PM »
I'm really not sure if this goes here but anyway, I noticed when I'm doing QM's/QM and the like, every time I breathe there's this weird after breath that I can't stop, and because of it, it makes me feel like I'm not actually getting air. Whether I am or not, I don't know. I tried discussing it with my fellow tracers but they had no idea what I was talking about and then when they heard it, told me it might be because or the way my neck was positioned and told me to look forward when doing QM's/QM. I tried that and it did nothing. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Other than the breathing my QM's/QM is fine though.
EDIT: I honestly don't know what it is. I just tried it and found out even if I don't breathe while doing QM's/QM the noise still comes out of my throat.
