I'm Jace starting to get more serious about all of this and need something to keep me accountable here a little about myself
age 20
hight 5'9
weight 165 - 170
started p90x with a friend to help him keep going and get every thing where it needs to be to start some actual training. oh by the way if any one has any ideas on how i can get my right leg as strong as my left on it would be much appreciated had some surgery and now my right leg is much weaker thanks

whats up jace!! for the muscle imbalances between legs, i would work on unilateral movements for a while (lunges, bulgarian split squats, and/or pistols). do you have any goals yet? that always makes it easier
