Yeah, it actually looks like he might of done a roll in the original jump, but they cut him in falling on his side.

The last jump was very obviously done for show and was editted to look the way it did.  Just something "cool" for the commercial.

The last jump was done with wires and he did enter a roll.

I think it would have been so much cooler if they had just showed him rolling.

BTW

i noticed this comment on that video

"He turned down the leading role in Spiderman 3 and he may or may not have turned down a role in the Borne Identity 3 (not exactly sure about born identity3, when I was talking to Jeff Belle, David's half brother, In Lisses, he was talking in French )"

can someone get some conformation on these claims, i would do the research and sift thru the intarweb but im farr to lazy(says the so called "traceur" lol)

I would wager not tho.  Because movie compaines love one thing MONEY and name recaniton(sp) brings fans.  You change that all of a suddent and that upsets people.

According to Jerome from Parkour.NET (a very reliable source, since Jerome has contact with David), the claim is half-true.  David Belle was offered to play the STUNTMAN for Spider-Man 3.  I.e. he got to be the actual guy underneath the Spider suit.  Also, there are a few home pictures of David in the suit.  :)  I'd love to see those pictures someday...  Hehe.  In any case, he turned it down for unknown reasons (possibly because he got offered B13 at the same time, we're not sure).  But apparently, he is a BIG fan of Spider-Man and it really pained him to turn the offer down, because he would have LOVED to have done it.  Jerome never said anything about the Bourne Identity 3, though, so I don't know.

I concur that he originally rolled, but they did a separate shot with him falling on his side.

Btw, does anyone see anything suss with the editing for the one-arm cat leap? It just looks really strange when it cuts to the close-up. I might be imagining it, but it looks like his position in the air has changed considerably (and not just from the jump continuing).

lol wow, that last jump was extremely bad for the girl. Looks to me like she just kinda floated up lol.
One arm cat leap. eh i've seen it done by some others so no doubt in my mind david coulda pulled it off.
