committing to getting everything in my life straight and back to how it was 4 months ago. Im gonna start going back to the gym, start my diet, quit smoking(the other stuff), and im done drinking. i also plan on training daily, specifically in my vibrams because i want to get back to the basics. this isnt going to be easy but i'll be much happier.

this is exactly what im trying to do.

Awesome thing of the day: my friend was making armor for my Birthday LARP tomorrow, so we decided to test it. So I grabbed my swords and we battled in front of my friend's coffee show downtown. Some Jersey Shore lookalike standing in line across the street at the club yelled "Haha, go play Star Wars somewhere else!" The awesome thing I did was ignore him and continue battling. I didn't even yell anything rude back. I just took homeboy's mace & shield setup with my two-sword style.

Got up this morning at 4 to have breakfast with a 2 year old little man who couldn't sleep. I had a whey-isolate bar, and he had some "all organic" honey-frosted granola and flax.
