I've heard there is a group of people that train at UMCP.  I think they have a Facebook page you can use to get in touch with them.

Hey i live in the silver spring area and im your age..but im not sure if our areas are near each other..if they are we can train together..i need a partner too its kinda hard to motivate myself to practice and stuff
