Doing any type of flip on a surface higher than what im landing on in my shoes, I can do. But when I do then on a leveled surface I can't land them. :-\

I dont know why that was so hard to explain:

He can flip off stuff, but not on the ground with shoes.

Practice throwing harder abd tucking hard without shoes on. Then make concious efforts to jump harder, tuck harder, with shoes.  I garuntee you thats it...

i didnt know if he meant across a gap(wat im working on) but yea, follow wat jump said...keep practicing without shoes on, or find a reall small ledge(2-3 inches high)and do it off there...you might cut it short a couple times but learn to pull yourself through the flip...

Wow, first in the other front flip thread you say I wrote too many paragraphs... and then you ask for front flip help?? That's pretty busted dude. Flipping with shoes is exactly the same as flipping without shoes.

Read what I wrote. Most of what I wrote deals specifically getting more height and rotating your tuck quicker so that you can come out of it earlier and see the landing.

No, it's ok. But look up when you block and throw your arms up not out. That alone should help a lot.
