Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure there isn't a thing as "too much BCAA" in health related terms (maybe in monetary terms).

So I'd say sup while working out if your worried, otherwise, it'll take care of itself.

From what I've read, whether intake of BCAAs are beneficial is largely inconclusive.

I would imagine that there is an increase in BCAAs when you go straight paleo.  I guess it would be very specific as to where you were getting your meat from, so really, although there might be an average increase, I don't guess that there is any way to generalize the increase.  No real question here, I'll figure it out for me personally.

Some study proof for that:

From what I've read, whether intake of BCAAs are beneficial is largely inconclusive.

The studies vary although there is benefit.

IN general, it would be on my list of supplements that work for most people if you wanted to try it along with creatine, whey, etc.

Thank you for the link. I personally love clinical research to define the most efficient ways to stay on top of gains.

Ok, I've been on this for about a solid week now.  I have been very careful in my planning the numerical values around what I need in order to gain about 1lbs per week, and strength conditioning around it.  I do have a HUGE question for anyone who has done this.

"Why do I feel like I'm starving if I don't eat every 3-4 hours?"

I guess that it may be my body adjusting to the lack of starch-laden carbohydrates and whole grain.  I was just wonding if this was a normal effect.  Other than that, I haven't noticed any real negative effects yet.  Except that I am going to be single-handedly reponsible for paying local farmer's children to go to college, and may eat them out of livestock.  I eat SO MUCH MEAT.  :)

See, I didn't have that problem. Mine was always a crushing hunger as soon as I woke up in the morning.

As I read this...I am eating a huge plate of Egg Whites and Ground Turkey.  Gonna eat some fruit in a second.  I will admit that when I first wake up is the worst.  I seriously would eat a 26 oz steak when I first wake up if there was one around.

Banana and grapes for me... I'll grab some meat and veggies for lunch.
