Ok, I've been on this for about a solid week now. I have been very careful in my planning the numerical values around what I need in order to gain about 1lbs per week, and strength conditioning around it. I do have a HUGE question for anyone who has done this.
"Why do I feel like I'm starving if I don't eat every 3-4 hours?"
I guess that it may be my body adjusting to the lack of starch-laden carbohydrates and whole grain. I was just wonding if this was a normal effect. Other than that, I haven't noticed any real negative effects yet. Except that I am going to be single-handedly reponsible for paying local farmer's children to go to college, and may eat them out of livestock. I eat SO MUCH MEAT.
