My friends have gotten me into parkour in the past months, and I would like to pursue this.
Parkour is not something I get the hang of quickly. I realize this isn't a hobby, it is a life.
Is there any training regimen that I should start? I have a decent set of weights in the basement, but I am not in the least bit sure of what lifts or exercises I should be doing. If someone could outline some exercises/lifts I could do, that would be fantastic.
(Currently 5'10" and 125lb.)
Goals: 30 Pull-ups, 50 push-ups
And for a teen living in a rural town in Indiana (pop. 5000), any ideas for opportunities?
