I used to "run" a small clan in NE ohio. I trained with a group pretty regularly in ohio and am proud to say that even tho ive been gone and away at college 2 years there r still people continuig to practice and spread PK in my small groups wake =) and to think all we had to do was hold a few practice beginnner sessions at a local playground XD
anyway what i was writing to you was to let you know about a place called "all around gymnastics" its in mentor 6505 pinecone dr. its very parkour friendly now, but when me and my group arrived there in 2007 theyd never even heard of it lol. i know a msalll group meet there for their sunday open gyms. Cost is 9$ time is 1-3 pm. 2 tumbling floors, bars, tumbling track, foam pit, blocks to vault beams to do precisions ect. amazing place, nice people CHECK IT OUT!!! alot of gymnasts will be more than willing to help u learn/correct form and the instructors r always great for a spot or any questions u have as well as stretching and first aid tips =)
