Traceuses for the Win
« on: December 07, 2010, 05:39:09 AM »
My friend Tara and I filmed a day of training at UCF in Orlando, FL. We did a lot of messing around but also have some solid movement in here. It was sooo much fun! Enjoy (:

Looks like you had a ton of fun. It's always nice to see ladies training. :)

This is a great video!!!! the parkour is also good.  :P
I like Tricking and Free Running, i don't think i actually do parkour, because i do it for fun and self expression, which would change the term to free running.

Love the goofiness, bravery, and creativity in this vid but I CANT WAIT to show the world how good you girls really are! The next FLPK vid will show that off!

Also, sick climb up JM. And HUGE precision at the new spot Cheetara.

Love the personality of the video, looks like a lot of fun.

Also, was very inspiring to me, made me go for a jog even though I am sick and it was about 20 degrees outside.

Loved the video, JM. It's nice to see that there are actually traceuses that are pretty good, yet have a lot of fun (contrary to what it's like in PA). Keep it up! :)

I'm taking care for sure, but being cooped up in my place for three days, needed to do something. Luckily I'll be going back to work tomorrow.

And training after the weekend probably.
