35 year old getting back into it
« on: November 23, 2010, 02:58:23 AM »
Heya I'm 35, female, Canadian. Recently I stumbled across parkour and went "Hey that's the crazy stuff I did as a kid! They have a name for it now?" lucky for me I found a gym that teaches parkour so I'm going to ease myself back into it. I'm certainly not going to jump straight back into climbing buildings and jumping over stuff right away
