That and just drilling the technique continously (with critique to make sure you're doing it right), will lock it into your muscle memory and you'll do it right.

I have permanent emo wrists due to multiple burn scars.  5 yr olds should not be allowed to operate toasters!  Then again one was from last year when I was sauteing pierogies... I burn my wrists a lot, now that I think about it.
If I can't speed vault it I can monkey vault it.
If I can't monkey vault it I can kong it.
If I can't kong it I can kash it.
If I can't kash it I can climb it.
If I can't climb it there's another way around it.

On the contrary, I enjoy cutting my own wrist then playing it off by saying I was practising parkour :P
Ha, I love it. It's what I would have put, but you beat me to it.

Nicely Done.

No cat rashes are on the palms themselves, the cutts on the wrist and lower are from climb ups with poor technique

...or from reaching across the top of the wall as opposed to hanging by the fingertips. Here in San Diego we call it the "emo grip". Of course this is not ideal but in some cases it is necessary.

I have gashes all the way up my arm to my elbows, not to mention a fair amount of scars, most of them from brick walls or really old wood fences. I can't help but laugh whenever someone asks me if I cut myself...

So if my wrists aren't that scarred, is that a good or a bad sign?

P.S. Wristbands?  They're all the rage in Northern California.

Good. Wristbands are cool but the one i've had for like a year and a half is so loose now that i actually cant really do parkour in it now, when it slides on my wrist it messes me up, i had a kinda gnar 360 precision bail that i blame on that haha, so no more

You guys would be surprised about how many people have cut at some point.  It's weird to me that it is associatated with emos.  There are many more depressed people walking around around you every day with normal clothes and fake smiles than there are clowns wearing tight black pants and makeup.  I know a lot of people that have cut themselves and none of them are emo.  I guess it could be passed off as parkour, except when under close scrutiny because people usually cut perpendicular to the veins lol.  So maybe cut parallel next time?  Jk.  Just don't do it!  (to you people that admitted to it.)  I know there are more of you who cut too because most of you wouldn't want to admit something like that on a public forum especially when you know some of these people in real life.  Anyways, yeah, teenage years are hard for some.  Here is a good alternative to self mutilation.  Go outside in whatever you are wearing and sprint.  Continue until you collapse.

My friends and I like to call them "wall kisses." I like it because it shows our love for training.

I've got the sister-equivalent of Emo Wrists, though not a catchy name yet.

I trained shirtless today and came back with a nice wall rash on my chest from some hand over hand climbing I did. What would you call that?

Scars on the chest, like from surgery...

"open heart bad***ery"

on a completely useless note, I have a scar on my chest.  People always ask me if it's from open heart surgery, but those scars run vertically up the breastplate, whereas mine runs horizontally from shoulder to shoulder just below the collarbone.

I cut my wrist once, but on a kinda strange way

like Jackson Miller said, teenage years are hard, and if you want to cut, go outside and sprint
I went outside and trained some parkour when I felt like I wanted te cut
my hand slipped while doing a kong, and the table I vaulted over gave me a nice cut -.-'
since than happened I never do kong if I feel like cutting again :P
