anyone ever try singing while they train? I was training at my local park, with my headphones in and kinda just felt like doing it. I found it self indulging, exhausting, and a great source of information.
I learned some things about the pacing of my breathing that I hadn't noticed before...especially on moves that required me to lift my knees into my chest, or when I need quick successive explosive movement. I encourage my fellow practitioners to give it a go. The great thing is that we don't have to worry about looking weird singing while exercising, because we already stick out doing PK...how much could it hurt to sing while we do it? I mean, I can't be the only one who has been training on my own and spontaneously broke out into dance while training cause the song that was playing on my ipod made me feel like dancing...why not take it a step further? Why not indulge the flow we feel from the music that inspires us while training? Feel like I'm rambling....
