Feel free to ask any more questions that you have, but if it doesn't work immediately, give it some time, don't panic; sometimes the best thing to do is just take a break and come back to it. This is how I was with my backflips; I've always been able to do them on a trampoline, and my layouts (from height) have always been fine, but for the longest time, I just couldn't do a standing back tuck. I took about a 2 month break and worked on some other tricks, mostly just worked on control over basic vaults and movements, and then one night as I was lying in bed I started picturing the backflip, and the more I thought about it, the easier it seemed. At the end of that week, after consistently keeping those thoughts in my mind each day, I went to an open gym and got the form down in less that 30 minutes, and I've been doing them ever since

it's all about determination.
