I trained in downtown Denver.  Mostly at "cat fountain."  Mostly trained cats, strides and flips.

I've given up a lot on myself these past couple of weeks. I have not trained but I am looking for that spark again to keep going.

I read that first part((then the rest of the log)). M2 is right.

I've been thinking of starting a transformation. Your honesty with others and with yourself has really inspired me to go for it. Thanks man.

Today I discovered that my backyard holds easy training opportunities for tacs, precisions, and tree climbing! This is good because my precisions stink terribly.

I had hockey after school, but while I was waiting for my mom to pick me up, I may have done a few wall runs outside the facility :P

You're right M2! I forgot all about my training log... I have come such a long way! Thank you for linking that again! I think I'm going to do some serious training tomorrow!

Today my buddy and I explored a portion of Texas Tech and trained for 10-15 at each of the spots we found. Got some bar movement, precision, basic vault, and wallup practice. My legs haven't been this tired in a while!

Tons of precision practice on this old fallen tree that the storm blew done yesterday! Trained for about an hour but I did a lot of random training to get back into the swing of things!

Practiced wall runs and climbups on a small-ish building (about 7 1/2 ft.). I'm really improving my upper body strength. Also some pullups on a tree branch and climbing trees in general.

I just got back from my first solo training in the downtown area of a city near by. My parents never really let me train alone there, but I persuaded them to let me this once. It started off with a nice hour walk to the city, listening to my inspirational Korean music. Once I got there, I basically stayed in the same place for two hours. I mainly worked on the technical things with my flips. My height has gone up a lot with my back flips; I fall out of them now. I can barely hear the landings on my side flips now, in fact, the only way I do hear them is because I'm intently listening for them. My balance has also improved a lot, but that is thanks to the women at the local gymnastics center (I picked up a few things from them).

All in all, the night was really good. I've been having a lot of personal problems lately and this was just the release I needed.

today i lifted weights, played soccer barefoot, then iced a screwed up ankle. i was planing on drilling my speed vault, then doing precisions and rail balances.

tomorrow i will be training!

Did some more work on my "Metamorphosis" plan. I'm having my wisdom teeth pulled tomorrow so it'll be a little while before I can start.
