my wellness teacher said to eat Whole Grains to prevent diabetes. Which i know to be false.
cause i know it causes insulin resistance which leads to diabetes and other problems. i've read Robb's book once, but don't have it anymore.. How exactly does grains and gluten cause insulin resistance, what is it's effect on insulin.
he also said insulin resistance is caused by inactive muscles, because the muscles don't need glycogen cause their not doing anything..
