Sainaa / airflow / freestyla. I was born in Mongolia and moved here in DeMotte Indiana 7 years ago. I am a tricker but i gotten more into Free Running/Parkour after attending a jam in Indy week ago. I love the whole free running, tricking, xma, martial arts, bboying atmosphere, i also play indoor and out door soccer. i been involved in couple sports. i use to skateboard as well. I love traveling. Being a stuntman in film industry would be my ultimate goal. I thing i’m pretty athletic, not being cocky but i been good at every sports i participated in. I found my passion and got into tricking 2 years ago and free running 1 year ago and just started parkour. I use to take karate, i know some kung fu, JKD and little bit of BJJ. MMA is awesome and i need to find gym to train haha. And thats basically it. Let me know if you want to know more.

Matt
I'm 16 and I live in Avon [West of indy!]
I've known about parkour for about 8 months, and at that time, I started doing some some monkey and kong vaults and lazy vaults, but eventually, I just stopped. Why? Because I felt like a retard running around my backyard jumping over a picnic table in the middle of suburbia. But now I want to do it again!
So how should I start out? I've read the "where do I start" and that was REALLY helpful, but most of you probably went through that phase where you weren't good enough to go out in public, but you felt like you wanted to get out of the house/yard! I don't have anyone else to go practice with, but I live by a TON of stuff, buildings, minimalls, ect. What do you think I should do?

Hey-ya, welcome everyone I never got to meet. I used to live there. My problem was that I used to live in the middle of absolutely nowhere so training in public to me was like, worst case scenario my crazy neighbor saw me training for seemingly no reason and jumped to illogical conclusions. This might seem a little odd... but I recently moved into a city myself and was embarrassed until I saw an episode of the show "House", now if you knew me you'd know I really don't like TV at all. But on the show one of the doctors tells a patient, "I knew a few people who had dreams once... and they didn't let what anyone thought get in there way." I thought this was very inspirational and well-said.
Cut Hands.
Scraped Forearms and Elbows.

Heart is Racing.
Knees barely bend at the end of the day.
We start again tomorrow, Traceur.

My name is Alex, i'm 16, I've been posting on APK for awhile, just shortly before the first TOGOATUS jam :D not very actively but getting better, and i thought i'd just reintroduce myself to let everyone know i'm still alive  ;D I've been practicing parkour for maybe half a year or 8 months now, but only got really serious about it the past 2 months or so, and I do it because i enjoy the feeling you get when you hit that new jump or some other thing you never thought you'd be able to do. Always willing to talk, get together when possible, whatever :D

Hey Traceurs,
I am from Liberty (47353), around 25 minutes away from the Richmond which includes FreeStyleFox and I hoe I can go to that Indina Jam. Also, I am around an hour away from Cincy and Indy and I moved here from Germany in October. I practice for about half a year seriously and will start hell of a lot of conditioning the next days to get in shape and prevent injuries and stuff like that.
that'sabout it for the first time
