12 year old parkour (begginer)

well ive been going parkour for about 3 weeks now and wondering if anyone can gimme some tips cause ive hurt my self alot just doing vaulst to show what ive done: every basic vault i can think of
             and tic-tac

im pretty fast soooo ya plz gimme some tips

You should not be getting hurt from basic vaults, or at all really.
Before everything else, learn to roll (properly). Don't go on anything above your head height until you can do so.

well i mean like i was doing something with only one and and it was doing it off a pole and i slipped scrapped my knee up pretty bad but im starting to realize that some tic-tacs are pretty hard on a dusty wall got any advice on that?

like he said learn the basics first. how to roll, all the vaults until they become second nature, then vaults to a roll all before dealing with heights. last thing you want is for you to hurt yourself then your parents not let you do parkour anymore so take precautions so you can enjoy this.
