Hey All,
the Rock Creek Parcourse is a fun place to train; my favorite game is to find completely insane alternatives to the exercises they made each 'station' for. It's also a good place to work on some conditioning and natural method-style workouts, and it's getting close to the turn of the season. Plus, it's a few blocks from the National Zoo, with the opportunity to take great movement lessons from the other apes over there. So here's my plan:
- meet at the Rock Creek Parcourse, down from the Connecticut Ave bridge just South of the Woodley Park metro station (see map) at 2pm
- build up a circuit / routine and play around until about 3, 3:30pm
- head toward the zoo to meet our better cousins
- catch ice cream somewhere on the way back
This will be conditioning-focused, but everybody is welcome to give it a try
