Friday - 4 hours of technique training
Today - 3 hours of bouldering, 1 hour rest, 2 hours of non-stop basketball
Tomorrow - More technique training

Haven't updated this in a while.

Honestly, I haven't been doing much conditioning. I have, however, been training technical movements a lot. By doing this my skills have developed exponentially and I have also gotten stronger while training the movements. School is out in a few months so I expect to be doing much more conditioning while still keeping up the same amount of technique training, if not increasing that as well.

Next progression video will be released in about a week!
