Silent Running Jam
Jacob Chess:
Here's a bit of a different type of 'Jam'. This time I wanted to place emphasis on muscle control and running. Getting down landing and rolling techniques are important in Parkour. In-fact, I preach that it is the first things you should learn, but let us not forget the main movement in Parkour; Running.
Being able to overcome obstacles is a small part of Parkour. If you can run faster and longer than who you are being chased by (or chasing) most likely you will come out unharmed. But, only drill vaults and you will find yourself disappointed in real life situations. Being able to run efficiently is the utmost importance in any Traceur/Traceuses movement.
I'm proposing a Silent Night Run Jam. It will be in the dark for a good 2-5 miles trying to maintain our muscle control and sound of impact.
Postponed until further notice.
Please, do not bring an ipod or music device. This distracts you from listening to your footsteps.
Josh S:
When and where is it going to be?
It sounds like a cool idea and I'd like to go.

I first want to collaborate with others. Though, if you all give me dates and times you are available, I'll see if I can make a date that suits us all.
Kendy:
I'd love to take part, though I'm not sure how much of this mommy will allow, but if she say yes, I'm down
Jacob Chess:
Cool. I'm thinking in 3 weeks or so. If that sounds good.
