I've actually had several requests at different times to redo a training journal on apk; I've also found a new motivation to keep track of my training.  That being said - this is my log; love it, hate it, comment, rate it (haha I made a rhyme =P)
So we're starting out with the BASICS (woohoo???):

STATS:
Height: 5'7"
Weight: Currently 113, but this changes a lot
I can precision around 6.5-7ft (we'll work on this)
Can barely do a push-up (well I can do 5-ish)
hmm what else...
Can hold a handstand for around 15 seconds
meh who really cares what I can do now? I dont need to know what I can do now; I need to know what I want to do and show y'all when I get there

AND THAT BRINGS US TO...

GOALS:
~ LEARN HOW TO JUMP - sounds silly, but I cant jump... I swear...
~ EAT BETTER - at this given moment, I'm eating McDonald's about five times a week... I shit you not
~ DO PULLUPS - I just need to do em =P
... I dont have too many goals now, just kinda workout / train every day... I'll add goals as I think of them
ONE MORE
~ MAKE THAT WATERFALL GAP - as some of you have heard, I attempted a gap a few days ago (some think it's 9ft, some think it's 15ft - meh, who knows?) and bailed on the take off... I crash landed in a river with only six inches of water and no where to roll... BUT I WILL MAKE THAT GAP!

SO...

Day One:

WHAT KENDALL ATE:
Breakfast - sausage egg and cheese on a hardroll, it was yummy a sex, large cup of coffee
Lunch 1 - Apple and Milk...
Lunch 2 - McGangBang (a McChicken inside of a McDouble), also yummy, small fried, and root beer
Lunch 3 - Lemon chicken...
I think that was all the lunches I ate
Snack - 4 hot cherry peppers
Dinner - green beans and chicken
Dessert - half a bar of 88% dark chocolate, super yummy

I ate a lot of chicken today =P

see? it's not healthy; I eat crap ^__^


WORKOUT:
Believe it or not, I actually did some workout-ish-ing
Kendall went on a walk with mommy today... it was walkish ^__^
I also did (will do more) upper body strength training schtuff SO add that onto this lil list

can i suggest getting a tape measure and measuring the gap. may help with motivation.

I'm gonna go measure it sometime, I know I can make it, I just have to NOT BAIL and LEARN HOW TO JUMP (I really like dont know how)

day 2

Kendall Ate:
Breakfast - sausage egg & cheese on a hard roll, large coffee, whoo
Lunch1 - apple and milk
Lunch 2 - a little ham, and sautey'd (sp) green beans and asparagus
Dinner - too depressed to eat
Dessert - more dark chocolate



Kendall Did:

nothing, I walked around school, danced to some music, was gonna drill split foot takeoffs but instead I sat at home and QQ'd about my degrassi life (all the shit that is such drama but is just so hysterical)

NEXT TWO DAYS!

I ate the same as always... breakfast sammich, chocolate... other crap...
didn't do much training either friday...

HOWEVER today two of my old training partners were over for a BBQ (my friend's mom just died and his dad is a deadbeat drunk SO my mom decided to quasi-adopt him into the family and have a BBQ to celebrate -.-') and in the middle of it, joe was like: "MAGIC FLIP TIME!!"
so I worked a lot on backflips with jeff and joe, then handstands, macacos (and variations), and then a lil sparring

Tomorrow I have plans to go to a "zombie war training session" at my friend's house at 2pm, and then open gym with jeff and joe from 5 until 9 which means I should get a shitton done ^__^

okay today I ate a sausage egg and cheese and a 4-piece mcnugget

OPEN GYM:

HOLY FACKING SHIT MUFFINS!
SOOO much fun!
Kendall went from 5 to about 8...
I worked on dub kongs, wallspins, got a 1step wallspin, learned a wallflip, wall flashkick, reg flashkick, and a shitton more O__O
I feel dead right now but OMG SO MUCH FUN
I got vids of most everything (including some awesome tricksters) so I'll try to edit and get a compilation vid up tomorrow! ^__^

Tuesday:
didnt eat, didnt train - could hardly walk...


Wednesday:
I think I ate something... dont remember... could kinda walk, so I stretched a lot =P


TODAY:
I CAN WALK AGAIN!
but it's flooding outside and mommy wont let me go play... I DID eat today though, had some black bean soup that my grandma brought over, but that's it...
was told I'm malnourished and need to start taking vitamins... yippee...
HOPEFULLY the ground wont be so icky tomorrow and I'll be able to go out and train, but for today ima just do some strength work and stretching

I remember, wednesday I ate 4piece mcnugget =P

FRIDAY:
what did I do...
I dont remember eating anything...
but I think I went out for some training... BAH I FORGET FRIDAY >.<

SATURDAY:

Kendall Ate:
half a steak... for dinner.  I also had two of the magic pills Dan sent to me (the're called source of life vitamins... I call them magic pills)

Kendall Did:
I ran two miles and did some nature training.  It was fun.

Kendall also applied for a job at an outdoor sporting store... I really REALLY hope I get it

TODAY:

Kendall Ate:
sausage egg and cheese for breakfast.  I took one magic pill and I plan on taking another when I'm done typing this.

Kendall WILL do:
going to open gym tonight... been stretching all day in preparation... let's see how those magic pills work!

Been awhile...
well nothing happened this week; I trained on sunday, nothing monday-thursday; I had some fun with a slackline today (and had some unfun with poison ivy)

Spending tomorrow with Sir Daniel so I probably wont do much either...

food wise... I dont remember, but it wasnt healthy... took magic pills every day though =P

SATURDAY

I didnt eat anything... consequently passed out three times.

Spent the entire day with Dan, did a shitton of walking, also loads of barefoot sprints on the road (in sand too), then used some practical pk to get in/out of windows

TODAY:
Dan was still here so more walking places (a few miles total)... I ate two slices of roast beef

No open gym tonight cause I only got one good hour of sleep last night... and it was on the cold, hard, cement floor of my friend's basement

Open Gym!!! Got a ton of shit done, met a traceur from Monroe, Ct who was pretty cool...
I dont remember what I ate... but I had a sausage egg and cheese for breakfast...

MONDAY:

STEAK AND EGGS FOR BREAKFAST!!!!
with rice
chex mix for lunch =P

no idea what dinner is...

lots of stretching today cause I'm sore from yesterday, maybe play around on the slackline a little, that's always fun =P
