I've actually had several requests at different times to redo a training journal on apk; I've also found a new motivation to keep track of my training. That being said - this is my log; love it, hate it, comment, rate it (haha I made a rhyme =P)
So we're starting out with the BASICS (woohoo???):
STATS:
Height: 5'7"
Weight: Currently 113, but this changes a lot
I can precision around 6.5-7ft (we'll work on this)
Can barely do a push-up (well I can do 5-ish)
hmm what else...
Can hold a handstand for around 15 seconds
meh who really cares what I can do now? I dont need to know what I can do now; I need to know what I want to do and show y'all when I get there

GOALS:
~ LEARN HOW TO JUMP - sounds silly, but I cant jump... I swear...
~ EAT BETTER - at this given moment, I'm eating McDonald's about five times a week... I shit you not
~ DO PULLUPS - I just need to do em =P
... I dont have too many goals now, just kinda workout / train every day... I'll add goals as I think of them
ONE MORE
~ MAKE THAT WATERFALL GAP - as some of you have heard, I attempted a gap a few days ago (some think it's 9ft, some think it's 15ft - meh, who knows?) and bailed on the take off... I crash landed in a river with only six inches of water and no where to roll... BUT I WILL MAKE THAT GAP!
SO...
Day One:
WHAT KENDALL ATE:
Breakfast - sausage egg and cheese on a hardroll, it was yummy a sex, large cup of coffee
Lunch 1 - Apple and Milk...
Lunch 2 - McGangBang (a McChicken inside of a McDouble), also yummy, small fried, and root beer
Lunch 3 - Lemon chicken...
I think that was all the lunches I ate
Snack - 4 hot cherry peppers
Dinner - green beans and chicken
Dessert - half a bar of 88% dark chocolate, super yummy
I ate a lot of chicken today =P
see? it's not healthy; I eat crap ^__^
WORKOUT:
Believe it or not, I actually did some workout-ish-ing
Kendall went on a walk with mommy today... it was walkish ^__^
I also did (will do more) upper body strength training schtuff SO add that onto this lil list
