Topic: new vault?

i was thinking about a lazy turn vault but instead of planting to the wall, you could just 180 out of it so its all one fluid motion.... what do you think?

I'm not sure I understand what you're describing.... Is this just a lazy vault with a 360, ignoring saying it's a "lazy turn vault with a 180"?

If so, it's not really a new vault. More like taking a typical move and putting a little glitter on it. Not saying a little sparkle is bad, but it's not completely new.

Ok, I got it now. Again, I don't think it's really "new," but a nifty variation.

That said, I sometimes do that same move, where I lazy, then spin 360 away from my planting hand. I can imagine that spinning inward, like in the above vid, might look a little cooler.

i made up a vault called kong flip it is like doing a monkey vault or kong vault on a rail except as soon as you are over the rail you do a backflip!=) it is very hard at first but it is very cool!=D it is also my signature move that i always do when i parkour!

just because you do a vault with no name does not mean it will or needs a name parkour is about expressing yourself so if something is out of the ordinary dont worry about giving it a name broski, its just something you felt like doing cus its something you would want to do.

crap i just watched the vid steve dahlin...didn't know that move existed!=(...i guess i'll have to make a completely new made up move...perhaps something like a kong into a 360 flip!=D(if it is possible)
