Beginner looking for help
« on: September 08, 2010, 08:20:12 AM »
I am a former athlete who is looking to get back in shape and parkour is really intriguing to me and I would love to learn. I currently do not have the money to be able to attend sessions at primal, so with that in mind, is anybody looking for somebody to train with who wouldn't mind teaching me along the way? Any advice or help is much appreciated.

Hey eshad-

Keep an eye out for any jams - usually people there are really helpful and friendly and willing to teach along the way. The Tuesday night jams in Rosslyn (when they happen) are pretty good for that, and I bet there will be lots of people at daedalus' jam on the 9th of October.

Hope to see you outside soon!
