Here's the Q: I already do strength training every other day, and do martial arts or parkour on two other days. Because of my schedule I don't have time to add any metcon in on it's own day and I don't have time to add any workout to the end of my strength or technique days, so what do you guys thing about adding 5bx in as metcon? More generally, what is your opinion on 5bx in general?
