Passe Murrialle or wall run/pop vault is going up a wall, or obstacle, and over.
Tic Tac is horizontal along a wall or surface.

They both have different issues can you take a video?

If your pushing your self a way on Passe Murrialle keep your chest towards the wall and use the ball of your foot/toes.

If you having issues with the tic tac's it depends on where you are tying to do with the movement.  Most tic tacs  are to gain distance over or away from something so shooting your self away from the wall is normally the goal.  That or its to gain distance which you would have trouble getting with a regular jump.

Hope this helps.

Run quickly at the wall, jump so that you hit the wall on the ball of your foot with enough forward momentum to stick to it, roll to your toes. Now quickly press against/down the wall. You will find yourself going up. Now raise your knee to get even higher.
Just try to follow in my footsteps.....I run up walls :D

My problem. My problem XD That makes sense. So how about a Tic Tac? I thought it had different technique then a Wall UP?

Pop vault/wall run

Tic Tac's are a different type of step.  You are either going to roll your from your heel to your toe be for you take another horizontal step or use your to to push out and away.
