Dash vault?
« on: August 29, 2010, 09:56:31 AM »
I know I can do the dash vault but whenever I try I keep putting one of my feet down on the edge.  Do you guys have any tips on doing dash vaults?

well what u probably wanna do is just try hard to keep both legs high as you can and straight in front of you and reach down with both hands to stabilize the vault. If u think ur butt is going to hit the obstacle lean forward (even if it brings your legs a little lower chances are they are already past the obstacle) and reach a bit with your arms down. you could also try bending back a bit more which will get your hands onto the obstacle and also bring your hips past it. it sort of depends what error you might be encountering. also do plenty of stretching for your toes as that flexibility will help you loads with your dash vaults.

When I dash vault I basicly jump, tuck, and lean back. Look to the right or left of your body, when you get close to the object kick out your legs and lower your arms.
Just try to follow in my footsteps.....I run up walls :D
