Well, here it is guys ... the post that will mark the beginning of me posting posts with actual workouts on them... due to it being summer.

now i know this is at least the 5th time i have done this, but i will begin working out alot, and will try to be vigilant. This summer I will work to achieve the goals below...
-Backflip outside
-Frontflip outside
-Sideflip outside
-Roundoff, back handspring, layout/backtuck
-Run mile in under 6:00
-Touch rim... need about 4-5 in height
-go to parkour jam
-any and every vault you can think of... yeah
-Make first video

And thats it for now... as i progress, i will come back and cross out the items i complete.... yeah, the video will hopefully be completed before the end of summer. Aight, workouts begin either this week or next... depending on schedule... cya guys later!

Well... Yeah, I have not been on in a while, and I have neglected my project... good lord, im really forgetful! Well, anyway, here is what happened so far... Im stronger, faster, and have more endurance than i did at the beginning of the summmer... but not my goals... ok a few of them are acheived. The backflip and frontflip have been achieved, but everything else.. yeah.

That is kinda why Im trying something new... and this will work.

Im going on a 'fast' (FAST: To abstain from, to stop doing for a certain amount of time for a reason. EX: Media fast for church/ Fast from sweets) for 50 days, and each day, I have a schedule I must complete. Its more of a time thing... an hour or so of all my hobbies, and after I have completed them, then i can go on electronics... hopefully, when Im done, I wont need games anymore.

Anyway, I will go on electronics at the end of each week, posting what I did, for how long, ect... so yeah! This project begins on Sunday of next week, so on the 31 of July... I will begin getting used to a schedule before then, but I will begin marking on Sunday...

Hopefully, I will complete my own challenge. For those of you who want to try to advance other skills, and stop using electronics alltogether, try fasting for a week, or a month, or even a year! So yeah, See you guys in 50 days!!

Hey everyone! So far, so good! its actually slightly working! =) I have completed about 2 of my 50 days, and the next five start this week!

I have actually managed to survive for a while without any electronics... cept cell phone. Other than that, i have used no electronics! Anyway, back to the main point of the fast; parkour. I have been able to practice my muscle ups (I can do a few now!!) Push ups, pull ups, and L-sits. I still have to work on endurance and flow.

well, tahts about it, actually... see ya guys in a week!

Its been a little too long since I have posted, and a lot of things have changed!

First off, I am waking up earlier, and doing 3 sets of 25 pushups, 30 sit ups, 15 squats, 30 calf lifts, and I try to do pull ups indoors, but its not easy on a door frame =O. Anyway, other than than, I am starting to run more often, soon to be every day, and I am staying as active as my schedule allows. And for tricks that I can land, well...

I relearned how to do a wall flip, and am working on (currently) a wall frontflip. I can do standing front and back tucks, and Im working on sideflips, front 180, gainers, websters, and planche/handstands. Also, on my to do list; Cartwheel, Round Off, Back handspring, Front handspring, back 180, flairs, windmills, and a few other things that I forget the name of...

Well, I will post when I can, and hopefully, A few of those things will be crossed off! Adios!
