Open Gym at the local gymnastics center, my first time there. Man I need to work on flips. I can tell I'm not tucking enough.

Nice! Where at hickam is that? I am just getting my pass cause I work military projects...but it is limited to certain times

Um... It's near Earhart village back near makalapa I think the school is called. I'm not sure I moved a few weeks ago off base.

Throw your arms down harder for the flips and you will get a lot more rotation, besides that, nice!
